About the project

The Archive is Imtiaz Developments' Dubailand tower, and its organising idea is unusual: the building's social heart is a multi-storey library rather than the usual marble lobby, with reading rooms, a writers' room and a salon running through it.

Imtiaz has been building in the UAE since 1993. Residences run from studios to three bedrooms, starting at AED 666,000 on a 50/50 payment plan, with handover targeted for Q3 2028.
