About REF

REF turns every introduction into income

An ordinary person, a freelancer or a broker introduces a buyer or a seller; a professional agent closes the deal; the commission is shared — and the app proves who brought the client.

REF is the referral and sales network of Abdelrahman Badr Properties, built for the Dubai market. It is not a listings portal. Portals publish properties; REF settles the question that actually decides who gets paid — whose client is this.

The company brings the licence, the developer relationships, the project inventory and the back office. The network brings the clients. The app keeps the record straight between them: a server-generated reference code, a timestamp nobody can edit, and a timeline of every step from registration to the commission landing in a wallet.

What we build to

The record decides

Ownership of a client is not a matter of memory or screenshots. It is a server-side record with a code and a time, and it is the same record for everyone.

Money is named out loud

Rates, tiers and shares are printed on the screen where the work happens: the commission on a project, the share on a deal, the gap to the next tier.

Privacy in both directions

A duplicate check tells you a client is taken and nothing more. A public listing never publishes an owner's number. An agent makes every introduction.

Arabic is not an afterthought

The whole product runs in English and Arabic with proper right-to-left layout, because half this market works in Arabic every day.

Backed by Abdelrahman Badr Properties

Every deal in REF is closed by the company's licensed agents in Dubai, with the developer relationships and the paperwork handled in-house. The network refers; the company transacts.

Ownership is server-side

Timestamps and lead codes are generated by the system and cannot be edited from a phone.

Owner identity is never leaked

A duplicate tells you the client is taken, and nothing else.
