What we collect

Account details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address and, where it applies, your company and licence details. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your mobile number, so we hold no password for you.

Client records you create: the name, contact details, budget and requirements of a client you register, together with the reference code, timestamp and the history of every change made to that record.

Payment details for withdrawals: the bank account information you store in your profile so commission can be transferred to you.

Usage and device data: the technical information needed to deliver notifications, keep the service secure and diagnose faults.

Why we hold it

• To prove who registered a client first — the reference code and timestamp exist for exactly this reason, and they are recorded on our servers rather than on your device.
• To run the deal: to assign an agent, arrange viewings, prepare paperwork and calculate the commission owed to you.
• To pay you, and to keep the accounting and tax records the law requires us to keep.
• To send you notifications about your leads, your deals and your money.

What other users can see

Nothing about your clients. If another partner tries to register a person you have already registered, the app tells them the client is already in the network and stops there — it never reveals your name or any of your details. The reverse is also true for you.

On public listings, an owner's contact details are never published. One of our agents makes the introduction and handles the viewing.

What you post in a community room is visible to the other members of that room. Leaderboard rankings show your name and your sales position.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share what is necessary with the agents and administrators at Abdelrahman Badr Properties who work on your deal, with developers and authorities where a transaction requires it, and with the service providers who host the platform, send our notifications and process payments on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Lead and deal records are kept for as long as they may be needed to settle a question of ownership or commission, and for the period UAE accounting and anti-money-laundering rules require. Account details are kept while your account is open.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong in your profile.
• Ask us to delete your account. Records tied to a completed transaction are kept where the law requires it.
• Turn off notifications from your phone's settings at any time.

This website

The site sets no advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it is used only to count visits and see which pages are read; it stores no name, number or client record.
